Ellia’s Sprinkle Party

Every year we plan, design and throw a party for miss Ellia, Nat’s daughter/ the love of our lives.  This year we decided to go with a colorful, fun theme of dessert and sprinkles. She originally wanted Spiderman (who’s kid is this?), but accepted our idea because she’s a sprinkle fanatic. We did a lot of   baking an Ellia is finally old enough to help us! Last week she cracked an egg with one hand and no shell fell in the bowl. True story.
We made two giant sized desserts and a sprinkled three as a focal
point for the dessert table backdrop. Spray painted pretzels made for a
cute banner and we used various shapes of ice cream cones as vases to hold
floral arrangements. All of the desserts were made by us too, as well as
the custom cakes.

We also had a cookie decorating station in Ellia’s playroom! We made
custom sugar cookies with the initial for each of Ellia’s friends and a
cupcake shaped cookie as well. There was a large selection of sprinkles
and icing colours for the kids to use to decorate their cookies! We also
gave them a box with a few treats inside as a loot bag, with a balloon
attached for extra fun!

We created DIY TUTORIALS for 2 projects featured in this party. Sprinkle letters, and the Sprinkle bowl, which we will be sharing soon!
